We are honored to announce that Dayspring Villa earned the prestigious World’s Best Culture Certification from Drive. Our community is beaming with pride over this recognition for fostering an outstanding workplace culture, deeply rooted in the values of our parent organization, Christian Living Communities.
Drive, a consultancy firm specializing in senior living culture, is the leading user of the Barrett Values Assessment in aging services. This comprehensive tool has evaluated thousands of companies worldwide, including renowned organizations such as Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Volvo. Barrett Values Centre offers a robust benchmark for measuring organizational culture through utilizing its four million culture assessments and 25 years of data in its database.
The Culture Values Assessment allows team members to share their personal values, the current values of our community, and desired values of their ideal workplace. Once this feedback is gathered, it is calculated into a culture score that reflects the organization’s health and strength based on the alignment of these three sets of values. For Dayspring, these results provide a foundation for cultivating growth, unity, and overall well-being by reinforcing what works and addressing dysfunction within the workplace.

To achieve the prestigious World’s Best Culture Certification, an organization must score a minimum of 70 on the Culture Values Assessment. To provide context, the Global average is 55, the Healthcare average is 50, and Drive’s senior living communities average is 64. Dayspring Villa has exceeded this threshold, achieving an exceptional culture score of 83. Not only does this score affirm Dayspring Villa’s outstanding workplace culture within the senior living field but separates it from companies across various sectors worldwide. This certification emphasizes Dayspring Villa’s commitment to fostering an exemplary work environment that reflects our dedication to excellence and employee satisfaction.
